Did something come up?

Did you book directly with Grand Hotel Opduin (by telephone, by email, or via www.opduin.nl)? Then we apply flexible cancellation conditions. 

In order to process a cancellation, you must always email it to info@opduin.nl. If we have not received a written cancellation, unfortunately we cannot process it. 

Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival
Cancellation up to 72 hours (3 days) before arrival is free of charge. For this, we use 3:00 PM as the arrival time. For example, if you have reserved for arrival on May 15, you may still cancel free of charge until 3:00 PM on May 12.

Cancellation within 3 days before arrival
If you cancel within 72 hours (3 days) before arrival, we will charge 100% of the reservation value.

Did you not book directly with us?
Please contact the party (e.g. Booking.com) with whom you booked and ask about their cancellation conditions. 

Are you coming with more than 10 people?
Then cancellation is free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation of the entire group, we will charge 50% of the reservation value. Changes up to 10% of the total number of people are free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation within 3 days before arrival, we will charge the full reservation value. 

Different cancellation conditions:
Different cancellation conditions apply to reservations with the Christmas package, the New Year’s package, and the early spring week. These packages can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within these 7 days, we will charge 100% of the reservation value.

Non-refundable rate
Have you chosen a non-refundable rate? Then you receive an extra favourable price. This reservation can no longer be changed or cancelled after confirmation. In the event of cancellation, change, or if you do not arrive, we will charge 100% of the reservation value.
